Kate is the Managing Director of Abstract, leading the agency's vision, growth and client partnerships. Passionate about building brands that make a lasting impact, she combines strategic thinking with commercial insight to help clients solve complex challenges through creativity. With a hands-on leadership style and a genuine investment in every client's success, Kate works closely with both the team and clients to build long-term partnerships, drive growth and deliver work that creates real business value.

Nic

Senior Designer

Trained as a graphic designer with a career spanning from print and digital, to 3D visualisation and point of sale, and then pretty much everything in between. A creative Swiss Army knife, comfortable moving between disciplines, adapting fast, and always evolving, especially when it means seeking out new technologies. Driven by the "why," he brings solid conceptual and strategic thought into projects, paired with fresh, unexpected ideas and new executions. Outside of work, you'll find him behind his beloved Fuji xt4 camera or elbow-deep in DIY and most likely spotted wandering the aisles of B&Q or Wickes on Saturday afternoons.
